How can i get the product or service ?

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
Please email us at [email protected] or send us a message from Live chat. Generally, we do business from Sunday-Saturday 10am to 10pm (12 hours a day). All orders outside of these hours will be delivered in next day’s office hours.
What is your Refund Policy ?
We do not offer refund for sold products and services. In some cases like product/service is totally defective and can’t be used in a normal way, refund is subject to approval but not sure. We will evaluate the order and will make a decision. If you are facing issue with products provided by us, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to solve your problem if possible.
Please note that, we are unable to provide you cash refund, we will provide you a promo code equivalent to your order amount. You can use that promo code in our website to buy other stuffs or you can sell it to your friends who are users of Toolsmandu.

We have integrated Esewa and Khalti in our Website. If you don’t have access to this payment method, please contact support team, we may find you any other alternative solutions.
