Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, after a purchase has been made; there is no refund, which means all sales are final. Please make sure you have carefully read the product description before making a purchase.

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

If there is a problem related to your subscription.
If we are unable to continue your membership due to unexpected circumstances.

We always try to resolve subscription/billing related issues you may experience with your account or provide replacement. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued based on the remaining days of your subscription.

Product Delivery

After successful payment by customers for the ordered item. Information regarding the order will be emailed to the email address provided during signup. This may take up to 1 hour normally. In some cases it may take upto 24 hours.

Terms for Shared Tools

Shared subscription/tools is strictly limited to one device per subscription. Sharing access with others or using the tool on multiple devices is not permitted under any circumstances.

Distributing, reselling, or sharing your subscription or access credentials with others is a violation of these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing via remote desktop, screen sharing, or account login credentials.

Usage may be monitored to detect multiple device access or sharing activity. If such activity is detected, your subscription will be terminated immediately.

In cases where a violation of these terms is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period, whether full or partial.

Privacy

We will never sell your information to third-party marketers. Your privacy is very important to us. Our Privacy Policy makes important disclosures about how we collect, use and protect your personal information. You agree that all information you provide to register with this Platform or otherwise, including but not limited to through the use of any interactive features on the Platform, is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Toolsmandu.com.com reserves the right, at our discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter the Terms of Use at any time. All changes are effective within three (3) days after they are initially posted, and apply to all access to and use of the Platform thereafter. Account Termination

All user accounts who are involved in violation our terms and policies, will be suspended and no refund will be provided.
