Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, after a purchase has been made; there is no refund, which means all sales are final. Please make sure you have carefully read the service description before making a purchase. In some cases like product/service is totally defective and can’t be used in a normal way, refund is subject to approval but not sure. We will evaluate the order and will make a decision.

Product Delivery
After successful payment by customers for the ordered item. Information regarding the order will be emailed to the email address provided during signup. This may take up to 1 hour normally. In some cases it may take upto 24 hours.
Affiliate Program
Toolsmandu offers affiliate program where affiliate can earn 10% of the share, Toolsmandu have rights to terminate any account with out any notice and if any violation occurs. Minimum Withdrawal of Affiliate Earning NPR 1000.

All user accounts who are involved in violation our Terms and Policies, will be suspended and no refund will be provided.
